Garth Sherman, MD
Dr. Garth Matthew Sherman is the Medical Director of Uptown Aesthetics + Hormone Wellness, where he combines his extensive medical and surgical expertise with a passion for helping patients optimize their health, confidence, and quality of life. He specializes in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, and personalized wellness plans, taking a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to every patient.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sherman enjoys weight training, running, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their three German Shepherds.

Laurel Bartholomay, MD
Medical Director & Aesthetic Specialist
Dr. Laurel Bartholomay is the founder and medical director of Uptown Aesthetics + Hormone Wellness. She is a gynecologist who has been in private practice in Grand Junction since 1994. She is incredibly passionate about helping her patients look and feel their best, as well as achieve their medical and aesthetic goals. Her expertise in hormone replacement therapy is exclusive here in the Grand Valley. Not only does she have 9 + years of experience in injecting, but she is incredibly passionate about it. It allows her to use her artistic and creative side. In addition to this, she is a lifelong learner, so Dr. Bartholomay is always eager to discover new techniques and ideas to share with her patients. She continues to expand her expertise by taking advanced courses in learning the latest practices and technology in hormone replacement therapy.
Caroline Hendrix, FNP
Caroline Hendrix, MSN, APRN, FNP-C joined Urological Associates of Western Colorado in 2022. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana in Monroe.
Caroline is passionate about helping patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered through personalized aesthetic and wellness care. She is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality treatment while staying current on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness therapies.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys hiking, fishing, reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and their five dogs as they explore all that Western Colorado has to offer.

Nicholas Westfall, MD
Medical Director & Hormone Specialist
Dr. Nicholas Westfall brings the expertise of a board-certified urologist and robotic surgeon to Uptown Aesthetics + Hormone Wellness. He is passionate about helping patients improve their overall health, confidence, and vitality through personalized hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and men's sexual wellness. Dr. Westfall believes in combining advanced medical treatments with a patient-centered approach to help each individual achieve long-term wellness and feel their best.
Outside of the office, Dr. Westfall enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring the outdoors, traveling, construction and design projects, sports, and great food with family and friends.
Michelle Mason, PA-C
Hormone Specialist
Michelle Mason, PA-C is passionate about helping patients feel confident, healthy, and empowered at every stage of life. At Uptown Aesthetics + Hormone Wellness, she specializes in hormone optimization, women's wellness, and personalized treatment plans designed to improve overall health, vitality, and quality of life. Michelle believes in educating patients about their options and creating individualized care plans that support their unique goals.
She is currently pursuing certification through The Menopause Society to further expand her expertise in women's hormone health. Outside of the clinic, Michelle enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, and swing dancing.
Zeph Quigley, FNP

Zeph Quigley, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients optimize their health, confidence, and overall well-being. A Grand Junction native, Zeph combines his extensive medical background with a personalized approach to care, helping patients achieve lasting results through hormone optimization and wellness treatments.
Zeph believes in building strong relationships with his patients and takes the time to understand their individual goals. He is passionate about providing evidence-based treatments that improve energy, vitality, and quality of life, while empowering patients to take an active role in their health journey.
Outside of the clinic, Zeph enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, cycling, traveling, and cheering on his favorite collegiate and professional sports teams.
